From doing the work
to building what makes it work.

I didn’t begin with a big title.
I began by showing up.

My first job was in a Jollibee kitchen. It taught me consistency, teamwork, and why standards matter—especially when things get busy.

From customer service and executive support to remote work and legal operations, I kept noticing the same thing: hardworking people were getting stuck in unclear processes.

So I became curious about the work behind the work. Where does a task get stuck? What does the team need? What can we simplify before we automate?

That curiosity grew into JNB Exectant. Today, I bring systems, people, and practical training together to help businesses run with more clarity.
